Where recent cuts of the Dream Wife cloth have found the trio on full-force, 'Somebody' changes tact. They're not quite approaching ballad territory yet, but there's a considered edge to 'Somebody' that sees the mega-theatrical art-rock bunch put their emotions to the fore. "I am not my body, I'm somebody," states Rakel Mjöll with a note of exhaustion in her voice. It's the first time we've seen any show of weakness in the group, and they're all the more heartwarmingly human for it. - TC
